To celebrate a friend's 30th birthday - I made this Crayfish cake. The party was at a Crayfish shack and the birthday boy is from Louisiana. It was fun to make the little critters - some may not be 100% accurate but you get the idea. The cake is red velvet since I thought it would be fun and go with the crayfish theme!
