Book Birthday
One of the Assistant Principals at my school was celebrating a birthday. He is very language arts minded so I made a book cake. His secretary found out some of his favorite books and I created this cake.

Crayfish Conundrum

To celebrate a friend's 30th birthday - I made this Crayfish cake. The party was at a Crayfish shack and the birthday boy is from Louisiana. It was fun to make the little critters - some may not be 100% accurate but you get the idea. The cake is red velvet since I thought it would be fun and go with the crayfish theme!

Princess Party! This was a great party for my friend's little girl. Everyone had a blast - princes and princesses alike! We had dress up time, crown making crafts and of course a castle cake!

My friend's daughter was getting married and she asked me to make the cake. I had never done a topsy-turvy cake like this before. It was both fun and challenging to make. The inside was fun-fetti which is a great idea for a fun wedding! The groom's cake was Duke's of Hazard - I love it!

I went home to visit my Dad for his birthday this year and of course I had to make him cake! Chocolate is his favorite (and mine!). Him and Mom love lighthouses so that was the perfect decoration! My nephew even helped with the grass :)
